    Erik,

    I am eager to travel to Sochi this summer in 2007. Would be able to tell me how expensive and where the best places are to stay near the sea? I would also be interested in seeing Sochi real estate websites, almost all of the ones I have seen are in full russian. Are apartments and land expensive in Sochi?
