Btw? Have anyone heard of &quot;Краснодарская Сотовая Связь&quot; operator, do they still exist?</description>

yeah, but all the numbers in the region that are 6 digits are still padded by &quot;2&quot; :) I noticed that when I was in one of the villages for a wedding this August.

I actually wanted to contact you to see if you are in Krasnodar at the moment and wanna hang out one evening :) when I was going back to St Petes. but I ended up staying there only a night before my flight home</description>
